Woke up today feeling pretty damn good, probably because I woke up listening to Snyde-Cast as I fell asleep with my ipod going last night. Went downstairs to let the dog out and grab a bowl of Sugar Crisp. Spent an hour cleaning my room as it looked like hell, then jumped in the shower with Snyde-Cast playing in the background. Checked email and facebook/twitter notifications while bruching my teeth, threw on some clothes and left the house.
Left the house headed for the main branch library to return a book, Atlas Shrugged, good book, read it if you get the chance. Also wanted to hit up the local comic shop to scope/ pick up new reads. Listened to Snyde-Cast the whole walk. Reached the library, dropped off the book, then headed for Gnu. Once in gnu, like an instinct, I headed for the DC section as I'm not at all a fan of Marvel. Picked up the new Superman, read the first page, lost interest, and put it down. Started looking through all the boxes which took a long time...

Left Gnu with the first issue of Kevin Smith's new "Green Hornet" series as well as issue 1 of "Green Lantern Corps". Both were very good.
Ive been watching a lot of Smallville lately. A friend is lending me the seasons. Got to say that I am now a big fan of this series. Ive connected with the characters and the stories. Im flowing from disk to disk finishing the first two seasons within two weeks. On the third season now, and Im liking it.
Also been watching a lot of shows from my past on youtube. Radio Active, Student Bodies, Breaker High. I was in Aw when I heard the sweet sounds of their theme songs and the familiar story lines and situations. Half hour sitcoms were very good back in the 90s.
